Very sweet chihuahua x rescue! Cooper came to Hamilton Animal Services as a stray. We were happy yo get this sweet, older boy out of shelter when a loving foster home opened up. On rescue day, we had Cooper assessed by our vet and he’s showing signs of kidney disease, and is in great need of dental surgery.
