"Excellent customer service by both employees. They were very helpful and friendly. I was looking for slip resistant boots for work. There was a nice selection available. It was a little expensive for the boots but they are made out of quality materials. If I ever buy another pair of dr. martens, I'll definitely come back to this location."

"I went in to return a bag for my mom, they first start off by saying I need a receipt, which was no problem so I called my mom and asked for a receipt despite it being an online order. obviously store wifi is not the best and takes some time for me to even open the receipt and in the end, they told me I would need to refund it to the same card or store credit, which they tell me after all if that. If they had started with that I wouldn't have had a problem but they kept it to the end. Also, I find it quite hard to believe that a big company like Aldo doesn't have a way to look up\npast orders with email or phone number. In the end, I decided I was just gonna keep the bag because I honestly don't want the store credit because I will never go back there again."
